Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell, MT

I am pleased to write a review for this phenomenal hotel and the team that makes it so special. Shawn at the registration desk was helpful and friendly on the phone prior to our arrival and so welcoming the day we arrived. He called after we got checked in to make sure everything was okay. Tyler, housekeeping manager, and Angie, housekeeper, greeted us with smiles, answered our questions, provided supplies & directions, and were so pleasant - it was obvious they love their place of employment and want to make sure we loved our stay here. The hotel (halls, rooms, public restrooms, etc.) all look and smell clean. The bed was comfortable and shower water hot - both required for a 5-star review. There was adequate parking the in the back. The ONLY negative at all was the uncomfortable couch/hide-a-bed, but we were not in the room enough for that to bother us. The provided breakfast had tasty food and a clean dining area. There is a big courtyard with a cornhole game, a nice grassy area for kids to play, a welcoming firepit, and two BBQ grills to cook up a tasty meal and save money not having to eat out. Pride is evident everywhere... We will be back! ❤

Went for one night, expecting to move on but stayed for two nights as the experience with the location was great . The front desk welcoming was wonderful thanks to "Amanda" who appeared to remember you every time you walked by the desk coming and going.........." my two favorite Canadians ". Great restaurant advice as well. She gets 5 stars from us!!
